Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. if you have not received this email, please contact us at travis@travissneaks.com.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Any orders which are undeliverable will be returned to us by the courier. Any costs involved in the return of any undeliverable orders may be charged to the customer.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
If you have not put in the correct address at checkout we will not be held liable if the parcel is then lost. If your parcel is shown as signed for, our liability for lost and stolen parcels ends there, if you have a dispute regarding receiving your delivery after it is shown as signed for you must personally take it up with Royal Mail / DHL.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Orders over £100 may qualify for free UK tracked shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to selected international destinations using Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express (depending on availability).
Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–10 business days).
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by their country.
ORDER ISSUES
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at travis@travissneaks.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
