If your return or exchange request is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

TravisSneaks is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
You have 14 working days from the delivery date to return your item(s).

Return Policy

Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
All accessories should be inside.
There must be no signs of wear.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with an additional box for protection.
We give you 5 working days from approval to ship your return.
